Josh's Lamb and Calf day plant

I'm still taking care of it and it's growing but hasn't flowered yet. The hot summer weather means the plant requires HEAPS of water. I think it will be a very beautiful flower.

Promoting Nutrition and Health

Hey Parents and Caregivers!

Looking for a way to get involved in your child's learning? Want to get to know the children better in a relaxed and fun environment?
Are you a keen gardner?

We would like someone to come in to Ashhurst school for one lunchtime a week or fortnightly this term to spend time with a group of keen children. You will be working in the Tararua garden to keep the plants/veges alive, weeding, watering, and composting.

Pop into room 7 sometime if you can help in anyway. We look forward to hearing from you.
